Premium is a subscription with a fixed perk list. It is separate from backup, Vault, Rocket Drop, and Whisper Link Packs.
Buzzio Premium is the in-app subscription. It is not the same product as encrypted backup, Private Vault, Rocket Drop, or Whisper Link Packs. Each of those is billed on its own.
